I recently replaced inner clutch centre (I can say that it was a mission trying to get centre hub nut out with no clutch hold tool, eventually got it out by chucking a bunch of rags and using air gun) while removing nut there were occassions that both the inner spindle and basket was turning/moving.
Replaced centre spindle inserted new carbon friction plates that were soaked and steel plates. Retightened centre hub, I will say that it was tightened to slightly below torque spec (100 nm). Filled crank with 10w 40, bike starts perfectly, pull clutch in shift to 1st gear (can feel the usual slight jerk when engagement takes place), release clutch AND nothing, the bike is still idling but bike not moving as it should when in first gear, even gradually tried revving but nothing.
Any ideas folks?
