ZZR-1200 Fuel Injection

Does anyone have an idea to how hard it would be to convert the fuel injection off a 02 ZX-1200R onto the 02 ZZR-1200?

My guess would be that the actual work wouldn't be too hard, should basically be swaping out the carbs for the throttle bodies and routing some electrics and computer, the hard part would be getting a fuel map.
