BTW, wut wax do you use? I'm serious.

I put on 4 straight coats when I brought the bike home the first time. The bug guts come off easy now <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT=":)"> . I use Meguiar's Gold Glass (good for brand new serfaces) and I touch up with Maguiar's Quick Detailer Mist & Wipe.

On other bikes, I used to use Honda Polish on eveything. Then I discovered the Quick Detailer. Great for the polished plastic, looks like a fresh wax job. Can't beat Honda Polish for dirty rims, though.

As for the hugger.... see the link on this site...

Very observant Speednuts..... I didn't spray the wrap because I'm going to Jet-Coat the header the next time I tear things down (and of course then I'll have to re-wrap it).

Thermo-Tec says the primary reason to spray it is 1) To extend the life and 2) To help keep moisture out.

Since I plan on Jet-Coating the header, I didn't want to take a chance on getting any junk on the header which might flaw the Jet-Coat finish.

WAX: I use Meguiar's Mirror Glaze Hi-Tech Yellow Wax. Pure Brazilian Carnuba and has great lasting power.....

Meguiar's Mirror Glaze Hi-Tech Yellow Wax, huh? I'll get some. Been using Classics Garnuba Wax. But, it doesn't seem to last long.

Yep. # 26. All their products are numbered.

I use the full line of Meguiars products. They have an excellent swirl remover, and I highly recommend their aluminum and stainless steel polish.

Good stuff, no doubt.
