Shinko 011; 10k miles front, 5k miles rear. Standard street psi 36. Very hard tire will break a tire leever or two. All other tires listed here approximately 5k miles front, and 2.5k miles rear.

Which is better?

That's up to you. I'm in an area that has very little rain and ride in the city (straight roads) vs the open roads somewhere around 80% city vs 20% non city.

Thereís plenty of people who happily use Shinko, I personally thought they were horrible. They were on when I bought it and they are absolutely not a sport tire. Cruiser tire that fits sport wheels. The Super Corsas are very pricy but are the best tires Iíve ever used by far.

Straight lines are for fast bikes, corners are for fast riders...

Do you know what type was on it? What you are describing is how I felt when using the oo9 and pushing it where is was not intended. The 011 has a different profile.

While the 009 does not like the same cornering as the 011 the mileage on that was even more friendly.

Donít remember which type they were. Did not suit my riding style at all Iíd have killed myself if I left them on. They were literally the worst feeling tires Iíve even ridden on

Sounds like you've tried a shinko, if it really was a shinko, unknown condition, unknown profile, and whatever tire it was it did not work out where you intended to push it. Sounds risky.

Were only put on couple hundred miles before I got it, I assume he put them cheapos on to sell the bike. For putting around city streets Iím sure they serve the purpose. Only use they serve me is bumper protection for the boat dock where they serve proudly :)
