Clutch slipping . Dry

Hi all

Well thought that was me done today . Took a look at my clutch as slipping like a bugger when you lay the power down . Plates look unused to be honest . All measuring ok . Thing that got me is they are very dry . So I have took them out and am going to soak them over night . Am also going to change the oil . As it might be that . Has anyone had issues with a dry clutch on zx12 . Cheers
