OEM parts sources. Any recommendations?

Just curious where you guys stateside are ordering OEM parts from? Any recommendations? I've been using Partzilla for a couple years and am experiencing a growing delay in their shipment of supposedly in stock parts, even after I call to validate and only order in-stock parts.

For example (six days ago) I placed a small ($50) phone order and asked the rep to remove the one item she said wasn't in stock, as my priority item was the single fuel sending unit gasket needed to get the ZX12R back on the road. After six days of silence (no phone call or email), I called to learn that one of my $5 items was on back order with no ETA, with the rest of the order sitting there. The rep asked if I wanted them to remove that item and ship the rest of the order.

I really don't think they were planning to call or email with that option - even after the original rep who took the order said all parts were on hand and the order would be shipped the next business day. Despite the great website, selection and prices, i just don't have much confidence in their claimed availability of parts in stock or urgency to get orders out the door.

I'd like to try a different supplier. What do you guys recommend? I've heard nice things about Rocky Mountain ATV... And ebay has been great. But I like the one-stop shop. Thanks much for the leads.

Check your local dealership. If you talk to them they might even give you a discount, I get 20%off all parts. I use Honda East in Maumee, OH. They have an online store great prices and reliable service.
