Replacement radiator 2004 zx12r

Hi everybody I'm thinking about changing my radiator as it's got a lot of fin damage when I bought it . I've been told not to buy one from China as they are rubbish. Has anyone tried a Chinese radiator or does anyone know where I can get one apart from China. Cheers John

I fitted a chinese rad over 2 years and its 100% perfect. I was so impressed I've also fitted one to my Vmax

My fins are somewhat damaged as well and I was fearing my bike was running hotter than it's suppose to. But after holding a poll on a ZX12 Facebook group my average temperature was the same as the majority. Needle pointing halfway under normal conditions to about 2 ticks below HI. (When the fans run)
So I don't feel the need to replace my radiator just yet. But I'd probably go for a Chinese as well. I haven't heard negatives so far. The other alternative is replacing the fins at a radiator repairshop but that'll probably cost more.

Another one for the Chinese radiators. I've had one for a year now without issues.

I fitted one of the China radiators sold on Ebay to my A1, no problems what so ever with how it works or how it fits the bike.

Only issue with the one I bought, is that it is copied of a 2003 (i think) radiator, so the brackets where you bolt on the horns don't fit the A1 model horns. BUT that said, it is a small problem, I just used two pieces of small diameter pipe to make spacers, then bolted the horns on, took about 3 minutes to fix. You can see the bracket I am talking about for the horns in the pictures.

The only issue other than the horn brakets is that the radiator cap is different from the OEM one, so if you get an issue with the cap, well don't know where you would find a replacement...
