I ordered directly from them and wish I never would have bought it. It is a piece of shit. Let's just say your money would be much better spend with Hans. The NWS's clear coat faded in a couple months and now it looks smoky. Trust me dude, go somewhere else.

I ordered a fiberglass one from Carbotex once upon a time. They may no longer be in business though. Carbotex had to have it delivered from NWS, and it took forever. However, it did look very well made, and I was pleased with it.

Well, they told me 3 weeks and it turned into 7 weeks. Needless to say I was pretty unhappy abou the whole thing. I hope the case is not the same for you Mark.

I bought directly from NWS, and am quite happy with the hugger. Arrived in about the time they said, as I ordered some other stuff as well that had to go into production.

Hey just an update, to my previous post, my NWS hugger just arrived, approx 4 weeks after ordering it direct from the UK, I bought the standard black one, fitted it last night, installed with no probs, everything lined up & looks great. It came with Stainless steel replacement bolts, and a loctite kit especially for use on the screws to prevent em coming loose. I am very happy with it. The brits also removed the UK V.A.T. tax from the hugger cost so the price went from 75 GBP to 63 GBP + 32GBP for shipping (total $150 USD), Hey an as a bonus it slid through Canada Customs unscathed by Canadian taxes & import duties :D

Yeah, mine installed perfectly as well and had the stainless goodies. Just wait my friend. It may be 3 months or maybe 6 months but soon enough the nice beautiful finish you see now will start to cloud up and get hazy then it'll look like shit. I don't mean to rain on your parade but remember that I warned you.

This is the Carbon Fiber one you're talking about right? If it's not then forget everything I said cause I only have experience with the CF one.

Mine is the cheap black Fibre Glass one, I was to tight to buy the CF one. If mine goes all dull on me I'm going to be pissed off as well
