kleen block off plates 2012 14r

I used 22 omh resistor .After 2 rides thru code 64 Kleen trouble and bike is over heating.

2000 zx12r 65,500 mile( Now 6000 miles on 2003 brand new engine} street bike 9.6`s in the 1/4 a few times.My 2012 14r stole me away.8.9 swb stock engine Brocks bolt ons so far..Now my H2 piss`s on everything. H2 now Brocked out and I can`t control it. Oh well I tried.

Took the plates and resistor off.Put oem junk back on.FI light went off in 30 seconds.Put 250 miles on it since. Gen2 14r don't like em..Brocks leaves the oem junk on for 14r`s.

we use block offs and just let the ecu run the valve connected to nothing. works fine.

01 ZX-12R 8.84 @ 156.3 on dot tires, NA.... turbo 8.47 @ 164
00 ZX-12R 8.62 @ 165.2 no bars, slicks, 55 shot... turbo 8.32 @ 173

on gen 2 14r ? why bother if you leave parts on.

because we tune na and turbo bikes properly without that stuff putting air into the mix.

Well I understand what you are saying.BUT I`m not going to take the clean plumbing off and leave the electronic switch a third time to find out it still throws a code.I don`t trust what anybody saying now on this subject.The service manual says its a 22 ohm load so i put a 22 ohm resistor on it.It doesn't work and throws the #64 code.I am not taking it apart again .It was trying to burn up the engine.Fuck it.

it wont if you do it properly. we do it on bikes all the time

I did it correctly and the ecu don`t like.I`m not half assing leaving the kleen pump plugged in with block off plates. There is no benefit in performance on the street so i`m done with it.I was checking the valves so I did what i do to all my bikes.
