My 2000 ZX-12R, Candy Persimmon Red

I have owned this bike since 2006, bought it from a family friend with 1,800 miles, guy never rode it.
It is in excellent condition for being 10 years old, almost showroom new. I mean that too, I know everyone selling a bike tries to say that, but come check it out and you'll see what I mean.
Maintenance
Mileage: 11,101 (lots of easy highway miles, some hard riding but I never abused it)
Shinko 200 rear tire with about 500 miles on it, new Shinko front not yet installed (currently running a Metzler M1 that still has some life left)
Oil change at 10,016 miles, always ran Mobil 1 Racing 4T
Feb. 2009- New OEM spark plugs, radiator flush and fill, drained and replaced brake fluid
December 2009- New battery (top end model from Batteries Plus, Permaseal I think, cost $100)
Have checked all hoses and fittings and all in great shape

Sportech Chrome Windscreen
Chrome LED turn signals
Clear tail lens
Polished ZX-12R chain guard
Power Commander PC3 USB
BMC Air Filters
17 tooth front sprocket
Battery tender leads for easy charging (located in rear storage box)
Shaved tail, relocated license plate
EBC Sintered Brake Pads front and rear, June 2007
New front fender and rear seat cover, March 2009
Removed Catalytic converter
Yoshimura slip-on pipe
I have most of the stock equipment: windscreen, chain guard, exhaust, 18 tooth front gear, etc. except for turn signals
I really took pride in making sure this bike was well maintained, clean, and never dumped.
It was dyno'd at 156 RWHP, here's a link

I am asking $5,300, given its condition
I am selling it on this site first, because people on here appreciate the 12, and for a ten year old 12 this is about as good as it gets (given the mileage).
I live on the NE side of Indianapolis, if you want to stop by and look just PM me...
I am willing to trailer it to a buyer, but 2-3 hours from Indy is my limit
