I noticed my front pads were getting pretty thin about a week or so ago, so I stopped by the bike shop on the way home from work and picked up a set of EBC Sintered Metal pads with the "HH" rating and installed them that evening. Much more stopping power now, I am very pleased with them.
So much more stopping power that I got curious and dug the old pads out to take look at them, and they have the "GG" rating scribed on the back of them. BTW these pads were put on last year by the bike shop when I was having new tires put on.

Now I'm curious, what did the 12 come from the factory with GG or HH ??
I found that the HH pads lost there stopping power when they had clocked up a few miles but if you think they are good you should try ferodo ST's .. IMO they are far better than EBC HH... the hotter the ferodo's get the more powerfull they get... Braking seems to be no effort at all...
