There is a fuel injection system available for cars called the Megasquirt. It is programmable and is often used for adding fuel injection to cars that didn't come with it from the factory (carbs instead).

I'm assuming the fuel injectors used on motorcycles are pretty much the same as those on cars, just lower volume.
