MarkPMB, BAMmono, ZXRichard, Epstein, Mark, Ted Edwards??? You dudes still around polishin your 12r!!

Been a long time since I have been on here, as you know I traded the 12r A2 back in April 03, for a Gixxer thou! :shock:

I must admit I have no regrets on making the change as it suits what I needed the bike for, I have done a few Track days this year and it's great for that. 8)

Dont get me wrong I still love the 12R as it is an awesome machine and still looks cool! 8) I have seen the 2004 model!! It looks great and they have brought back the BLUE!!! , I must admit that new ZX10 looks tempting!! 8)

Is Ted Edwards still about?? He moved to Virginia from the UK to set up a bike business at the begining of the year havent heard from him since??

hehehe I am not a regular on the Gixxer forums, no one seems bothered to reply to any topics!! without a doubt this site rules and it's great to see the regulars still pushing the newbies into wheelies!! 8)

Let us know the news of what been happening over the last 8 months 8)

Hey you might of seen me on my old 12r, it was a blue A2 with full aky etc....

My Mate AJ lived up birch hill. All us duded meet up down BMW hq in Bracknell if you have ever seen us.

The Gixxer wheelies really well!, If your gettin a ZX10 you will notice exactly what I noticed how easy it is to ride and a piece of piss to wheelie as well. :wink:

Hey, that ZX10 looks great, we havent got it in the UK yet, it will be the start of 04 I guess. Im going to the UK bike show in November so it should be there. 8)

I swore that I would keep my gixxer for another year......but sometimes you gotta be reckless so I might be back in the ZX forum before you know!!

Maybe I should swing a trip out to the US sometime, be a while since Ive been out there!

Dunno really on the wheelies, probably about the same length as the 12r. It's long enough. I am trying to slow em down and get em more vertical. I nearly flipped it a few times while practising it gets really unstable so I am going back to the old way and not so vertical! :shock: :lol:

Yeah it hasnt been a bad year just an expensive one!! :shock: :lol: Keith is fine, his chick left him though!! :? but he has got over it and replaced her with a younger model she is 18 years old!! he will be 40 next year!! hehehe :roll: His bike packed up the Clutch basket exploded so he quickly part ex it for a K3 gixxer 8) Everyone else is the same I guess. It seemed a bit flat this year on the bike front. I think everyone is gettin bored of it!!?? :shock: :?

I did a Track day at Brands which was awesome!! I manged to deck the pegs out on the gixxer round druids and clearways!! :shock: Didnt think you could peg a gixxer!! hehehe :lol:

hehehe Header12r is right! errr I went to essex with the 200mph dudes, I did some stunts on the highway (M25) and when I touched the wheelie down at 103mph I had a cop car behind me with the flashing lights blazin!! I shit me pants!! :shock: :lol: :lol:

He had it all on Video!!! luckily he was in a rush and gave me 3 points and a fixed penalty fine!! 8)

The good thing was my gixxer dynoed at 157 Rwhp!!! with air temp of 29C!!! which I thought was pretty damn good! 8)

Keep in touch dude!! I think I will try and get on here more often and try and get my buds to talk me into a ZX10!! :lol: just need some green stuff first!! mind you I love my gixxer it is sex! :twisted: :lol:

I think I am going up on the Monday 17th I think it aint confirmed yet, the local buds have the same idea with the minibus!! hehehe :lol: I will let you know when the organiser lets me know so we can hook up if we go up on the same day 8)
