got the hugger today after it was ordered 6 weeks ago. the paint match is almost perfect. the rest is crap. holes dont line up, cant cut hole where it needs to be because it doesn't line up. product is flimsy and scratches beyond easy. for $179.00 +shipping i expected a better quality product. extremely disappointed.

i will call tommorrow on the return policy. this thing sucks. can anyone recommend a good hugger? preferrably painted fiberglass, abs plastic maybe. i don't know, maybe my standards are a little high, but this is not going on my bike.

sarge, the paint is excellent. i might have to eat crow since i already drilled the new holes...it was killing me(worse than my exhaust leak :? )
consider it a "preventable" lesson learned.
picked up the stuff for the jet mod too. too busy screwing with the hugger to do it tonight. hopefully my flat spot will calm down with this mod tommorrow. jeff

as i said before, this hotbodies hugger sucks. less than 2 months old i am at 5K miles and its already cracked. I baby this bike, its just piss poor quality.
Sarge, you were so right. my impatience cost me about 200 bucks, because i know this POS wont last thru summer. Its cracking on the right side as far back as possible. Actuall its cracking where the brake line hold down is at....last product from these guys.
