I like the PP2CT's because of the hard compound for mileage in the center and soft compound on the edges for cornering. I've heard good about all the ones listed above though.

I can say that personally I've had significant damp road issues with Dunlop Qualifiers.

But then, I try my best to never run in rain...but then I'm not a weather forecaster either. But then again, I'm not so sure being a weather forecaster would keep one out of the rain either. :)

I run pirelli diablo corsas and love them. I'll be getting the triple compound rear soon but the regular one has gotten me about 10,000km and she's going flat. I don't think unless you run a full rain tire that your going to get great wet performance with 160hp but these work fine to get you home if you get caught. Feedback is great and hey they're the WSBK tire manufacturer, that means you'll be as fast as Biaggi with them!

Pirelli for me and my wife as well... I believe Michelin makes a tire that's hard to beat as well.... It comes down to knowing your bike, and your riding style to pick between these two BEST of the BEST TIRES..... The Michelin has a very aggressive front profile that makes tipping the bike in A LOT easier, but for me and her it also makes the bike nervous feeling and that part we can do without. I have never used the Michelin on the 12R ..... only on the 10R which is a twitchy bitch to start with... I just picked up the wife a new set of Diablo Rosso Corsa Tires and I can't wait to see how she likes them... You can't make a bad choice with the Pirelli or Michelin as far as QUALITY goes. It comes down to HOW WELL DO YOU KNOW YOU !! when it comes to what makes you go fast a feel stable....

I found the Bridgestone BT-016 that came on the bike work very well and happen to be one of the least expensive sets of tires out there.
Just ordered up a set of BT-023's for a road trip next week to AZ, I'm interested to see how the sport touring tire does.
Also the set was only $264.00, a five dollar difference between the BT-016's

For summertime i have been running Pirelli super corsa pros and love them.
Quite soft and very confidence inspiring when you are leaned over.
