Kawie has been selling the Z125 in markets afar for the last several years, but it looks like 2017 is going to be the year that it comes stateside to do battle with the wildly successful Honda Grom. We were able to get ahold of some dealer-only images and it looks like March 4th is the date for the announcement.

It is not the norm for manufacturers to announce pricing at this time, but Kawie decided to. At $2,999, and 125cc's of displacement, the K125 PRO is set to hit the Grom square in the face. The styling has not changed much from the Malaysian offering, but it is new to US buyers nonetheless.

I think this thing will sell almost as good as the Honda Grom, only because the Grom was first to market and got a good bit of sales for that. This looks better though.
