Thanks Go... i was thinking to try to solve by myself, as describes in the threads Connman added... but aparently, some users got the same problem after be fixed... so i`m thinking to send the bike directly to Kawasaki Official Dealer here ( not my usual mechanic), and see how much it will be..also I saw the scaned recall from Kawa from other user of the forum.. i printed already to show then and see... if it really like the paper says, only 2 hours + parts..gasket and some... let`s pray they do the job correctly..summer is very close..here already is sunshine every day until 10:00 pm... don`t want to be at home...:banghead::angry:
(if I'm thinking of the correct issue)...The dealer fix for this is really screwy and doesn't really work. That's why people have the problem more than once.
You really need to show your mechanic how to do the fix shown in the links, rather than taking it to a dealer, otherwise, you'll still be at risk.
It's a very simple fix, all you need to do it take the "plug" out of the equation.

yeah, the factory "fix", is nothing more than replacing a poorly engineered piece with the same poorly engineered piece.
Eventually the problem will return.
