Sounds like there is quite of bit of inspections to perform before spending any money to get the bike going. One being the frame question. Second, remove the tank and inspect every inch of wiring where the rats chewed. If you get the bike running again, put a volt meter to the battery terminals with the engine at about 3k RPM, you should see 14 volts. If not, the charge system has a problem. Have some fresh gas in the tank too. The bike was running when the mishap occurred so, all crash and rat damage need to be considered.

thats not a motor mount it was a fairing mount and the bolt broke off inside of it. and the reason i cant start over with a new bike is because i still owe about 2k on the title and the loan officer let me go with liability insurance so i can just say hi yea i wrecked the bike so i need a new loan lol. but really its not as bad as the pics seem.

i have checked all the wiring i just had the tank on while i took the pics and so far they ate the coating off one of the rad fan wires and the brown wire on the rectifier was broke off the connector so i bridged it over. but thats about it. thought they really did a number but appearently not. idk where to start though. cuz it has power but just not to the starter and i can see wires are fine to the starter. and u can jump the starter with a jumper cable and turn the motor over. idk what to do first....

i also checked all the welds and the only concern i have is one of the subframe welds looks weak. its not broke just looks like the paint cracked. may have jus been so much force that it gave and streched and broke the paint. i hope anyway

Just a heads up... Welds don't like to stretch or flex. That doesn't sound good at all. Strip the bike down to frame and engine and go over it very carefully.
