ok, I ride a 03 zx9r, of course. basically the smaller brother to your 12. I love the bike, love the look (of course) and everything else, but i gotta ask.
I dont want to piss you guys off, dont want a flame war, step on toes, trash talk the mighty 12 or anything else. I know how heated it is between you guys and the Busa riders. I like both bikes, but I am not a knee dragger, so i really dont care how much more agile the 12 is, I am a drag racer. and even though the 12 is lighter, and makes more power on the dyno, almost always. Why is it that every time at the drag strip, all i see is you guys getting your asses handed to you? My local Kawi dealer is a 12 owner and a drag racer. He says its because the busa has so much more torque off the bottom, but in my line of thinking it shouldnt matter, if you can stay up on the power with the 12. SO whats the deal guys? why does the busa win more at the drag strip????
