I just installed a factory shift kit and while I was in there I looked at all the goodies I had to take off to install it and noticed that some of the dampner springs on the back of the clutch basket ate loose and rattle around in their pockets. Anyone else notice this and is it normal or a bad sign?
The bike had 16000 miles when I bought it and I have added another 3500 but I don't know what the orginal owner did with it. Everything else in there looked good.
