Just wanted to relate what happen to me Thursday. I am stuck at the house and can not ride today, even though its wonderful outside, and everyone i know is riding.
Thursday had a front brake line rupture while trying to stop, lucky for me no one was coming, and didnt drop the bike, but pumped the poop out of that rear brake till i got her shut down.
Was freakish, got it home to discover the left side brake line had been rubbing the fork tube, apparently since it left the dealer, and finally wore through. i am not bitchin though, could have happen at the drag strip, running 135, with short shutdown area.
. instead was ruining 30 in town.
Bike is fine, I am fine, and S.S. brake lines are on the way, should be in tomorrow. Won't be having this again. No brakes sucks!!!
