OK who saw Moto GP yesterday?
You think rossi couldnt pass or you think he stayed behind to let Gibernau win for Kato?

He let him win. How could he have passed him and snatched away such a poignant moment?? The whole world would have been against him!!

He knew he couldn't pass without being extremely unpopular, so he let him win. But he made sure of second - to stay ahead of Biaggi! Sete is no threat to him in the championship, so the five points don't matter.

At least that's what I reckon - Rossie's not stupid. He did the right - the smart - thing!

Hmmm I saw it as well........and quite frankly was disgusted.......Last race (Suzuka) had an accident as we all know which resulted in the tragic death.......So the racers have a meeting.........and what do we see on 1st Lap??? Concrete dust..(for spilled oil).....Where???right inline with the riders apexes......Totally unacceptable and disgusting....and we saw the results of that on the 1st lap ....I am sure thats what caused the opening Mishap.........as far as Rossi ....Nah he didnt let him win ...IMHO.....

Fantastic Race... Rossi give up willingly? No- I don't think so... He is a great rider and very professional in his approach. And yes, it was a very emmotional race.

But hey, what about that Ducati  For having only thier second MotoGP race they are doing FANTASTIC. How come Kawasaki can't get the ZXRR competitive when Ducati and Aprilla can?

I was sure sorry to see Collin crash... I still don't understand WTF happened. Even Hayden is starting to show that he can compete at this level :) Hopkins has a good attitude but Roberts needs to be run off :(

Great race,
Those Ducati's sound awsome, Randy Mamola who does the Eurosport pit comentry for us Brits I think is getting the off on the sound as he is always opening the microphone as it pulls away from the pit garage.

Vale, I don't think he let him win, why, he spent his tyres trying to keep Troy Bayliss at bay and getting past Biaggi and just left it too late, 2 more laps and he might of made it.

Little Nicky will be up there by the end of the season, first season, never seen any of the circuits and a pup at that, watch him go next year.

Roll on the Dutch TT in June I will be packing plenty of cleenex for my visit.
