anywhere from 30-40 depending on how you ride. Riding aggressively I can get about 100 miles out of a tank, and just cruising I can get about 140 miles on a tank. I average 120 miles on a tank.

 

I got a best 42 mpg on my 10r. The best on the 12r was 34 mpg.

 

I kinda doubt the 14 will get more than 30mpg.

One of the guys on Bikeland is saying that he is averaging 33mpg during the break-in period, and not really babying it either. Once the engine loosens up, this should improve.

Ok, lemme try to answer everyone:

havabusa12r: 30mpg on the first full tank (2 brisk commutes to and from work), 33mpg on 33mpg on second tank part-way through my Sunday ride (quite "brisk"), still on the 3rd tank.

tool man: 32/33mpg here too. Not babying it either, but not going crazy either . Yes, the flat spot is there, I'm getting used to working around it. It's caught me off gaurd a few times in traffic - my ZZR was particularly strong there. Just have to plan ahead a bit and kick it down a click or two when I'm going less than 55/60.

Two people that have received their ZX14s are noticing a flat spot in regards to torque at a certain RPM level, I don't believe there are any mods to their bikes. I remember my 12R has a flat spot as well when it was stock, but after adding a pipe and power commander, it went away.

 

i get about 120 miles to the tank, whatever that equates to.

 

During breakin, I was getting about 36mpg... now I get about 39-40...

My fuel light starts flashing at about 105miles and that's when I fill her up again

 

04 with Micron can, best of 44 at 2,600+ miles
05 stock @ 700+ miles (new crate bike) has hit 46 with wife riding it(140 lbs)
06 stock @325 miles is running around 37 mph
The 04 has hit a low of 32 when pushed hard
Seems about fair averages for a high h.p. low weight bike. All depends on what you ask out of the bike as to your gas mileage.

 

How much milleage

My main question are how many liters (or U.S gallons who equal to 3.8 liters) still on the tank of a zx-10r 04 when the yellow reserve light flashing.

I think it's 4 liters so how much Km or miles could be done at say economy speed of 100 km by hour or 62 miles per hour ???

I was near to have a stall, when I finally found a gas tank it still stay 0.4 liter on the complete tank of 17 liters I think.

33 when I'm ringing its NECK...unbelieveable mileage. Its actually closer to 44+ when cruising @ 80mph.
