I have a Red 2000 ZX12 but I like the all Black, was the all black version available as an 04 model in the U.S. or will it just be available in the U.S. as a 05 Model only. If the all black was available as a 04 model does anyone know a dealer that has one on the lot.

It was not available as an 04 in the US.
It is the only color available in the US for 2005

check this out!!!!! speaking of 12s on the lot. Ive been a steady customer of palmetto motorsports - kawasaki & suzuki dealer.5 months now, no 12s on thier showroom floor.. I finaly ask a salesman, wheres the 12s.. He he says , backorderd , no one can get any, big demand???????? what te f***K you gotta be kidding. zx 10s every where 5 months no 12s why?????????

I have been to a few Kawi Dealers here and I haven't seen any 12's on the floor as well.

The local area dealership has a brand new '03 ZX12R sitting on the floor. It's the dark blue (looks black) color and he's wanting to move it. If western Nebraska is a possibility for you to get it, give him a call. 308-632-7154

The carbon engine armour & rearsets come from a company called Carbontek:

....... the rearsets are widely available. There's a company in Germany that makes a carbon fibre air intake and I believe the fairing inners are also available... I ran out of the spendable bit of my income :wink:
