I really do not mind the stock seat at all except that the forward slant makes it hard to get to the rear of the seat. What I think I would really like is a stock seat that was taller in the front to match the rear so the seat would be more flat. I think from what I have read that the Corbin is actually lower than stock.

What I am trying to accomplish is more room between the pegs and the seat. I am 6'4" and the reach to the bars is perfect with the Helibars. However a bad logging accident left my left knee with limited bend and the stock seat and the stock pegs are pushing the limit. I did put the Buell pegs on which did help but another inch or two would make me very happy.

So I guess what I am asking for is a stock seat, condition is not that important as I will only use the base or a useable cheap Corbin that I could at least try out.

I live in Redding CA and Rick Mayer seats and Russel seats are both located here.

Nothing to sell ya but yes the corbin is lower but wider than stock.
Your best bet is having the stock modified. I am going to pick up a used one and send it off to sargents seats to have the slope leveled out some and better foam put in but kept otherwise close to the stock shape.
I had a corbin and hated it. It was like an upholstered brick and I had bought it well used so the it will break in after a few hundred miles is BS. While the width was nice I didn't like it being lower.

i have a stock seat laying around here replaced it with a corbin cf seat a few months ago
and btw chuck i love my corbin lot more ass room with it also seems to hold u in place better at 180mph lol :crazyloco:
but i do agree the stock is a softer seat does have more padding.
