I have had a set on my ZRX1100 and I loved them....I just got a ZX12r and I would like to put a set on this bike as well.....SO my question is...has anyone put a set on their bike and run the crap out of them. Also what size did you put on if you did.....
The reason that I would like first hand info is because of the power and the usage of the bike is different then my ZRX....I mean way more torque and top end.... I would run my ZRX to 140 and that was enough....to much wind blast....Anyone?

here is a review of them form someone with a YZF1000 yamaha and they seemed to have a good take on them.

I put strada's on my 12 about 300 mi. ago. Suspension settings that were great for the 208's were not for the strada's. Once I got them dialed in, I regained confidence in the bike. Very predictable. Now to see how long they last. A buddy is putting pilot powers on his 12, and another put qualifiers on his 10. So we'll see what we like better.

I have the Metzeler Z6, which is supposed to be the same kind of tire as the Strada - long life, with almost all the stick. Very happy. Just changed out a rear at 10,000km(instead of the usual 5-6000km) and it worked well. Factory rep at the bike show said same compound as the M1 sport tire(which I've tried and liked), but different construction. Good in the wet, too(Metzeler reputation). If one comes available, I might try the Strada, but the Metzelers are working well for now.
