I have a 03 zx12 and just received the ram air covers from Hans, they are excellent quality but I am not sure how to install them for a good fit.
Could someone please help? Thanks

You have to remove the seat and tank to install the carbon air duct covers. Its not hard. I tried to install without removing the tank and it will just flustrate you. I did not put the foam from the plastic covers on so I do get alittle vibration. You may want to add a liitle foam on the very front. There is a little lip on the front fairing the foam and duct could rest on to avoid vibration. I did this a while ago but tyhats my 2 cents. They look great don't they.

Thanks for the help guys I realized after posting that Hans had sent me the ones for a 00-01 and mine is a 03 and the 02 and 03 are very different. Hans will exchange for the correct ones. Thanks Again

I seen the 02 ram air covers on Barts bike from bikeland down at the gap and they looked very fine indeed.

How much does Hanns want for 02 air covers :?:
