I live near the beach in moist, salty air and my rearsets have a lot of corrosion on them. I was thinking about either powder coating the rearsets or polishing them up. Does anyone hear have some pics of their rearsets after being painted, polished? Wanted some input before I went ahead and did one.

I vote powdercoat them in the semi-gloss black to match the frame.

IMO they are not particularly attractive and stealth is the way to go.

Take care to sand down the casting marks on the gear changer and brake lever!

in that area, get them them cleared if you polish them

I vote black to match the frame, but then again I have blacked out everything but the fork lowers which are next.
