Mark, u ever actually ride that Buell? Or is it just an expensive garage ornament at this point?
I rode it about 25 or 30 miles this past Sunday. I prolly only ride it about 1k miles/yr. I'd prolly not call it expensive or an ornament. Maybe just garage debris.

Jade, Kelly lists it as $5875 for retail. In 1999 there were a lot of recalls and problems with the earlier Buells. However, Buell produced two factory limited editions (i.e., the Blue Stripe - 400 made and the Carbon Fiber Extreme - 250 made) later in the year. Even though these newer Buells didn't have the problems the earlier Buells did, they're resale value plummeted for all Buells. I have about 7k miles on it. The only problem I had was the voltage regulator went south last year. It cost $70 dollars and it took 5 minutes to replace. The stock seat sucked hard. I bought a Corbin seat directly from Corbin for $369. I know, I was stupid. Bike still looks new. No way I could get what it's worth to me. I almost took in down to the Triumph dealer to give it away on a Rocket Thrice. You gotz a Rocket Thrice?

Syke, I think Trumpet claims 140ish hp and 145 or so ft-lbs. So, that sounds about right for rwhp and even a wee bit high for torque, huh?.

Oh yeah....TOP.
